Staff Management company becomes a real employer for your staff and is responsible for the payroll accounting, taxes, handling the staff and correspondence of labour relations to the Ukrainian legislation.

Overall, within the leasing and outsourcing project Staff Management takes the following obligations:

·                    Carry out search and selections of candidates for appointed vacant positions.

·                    Accept the approved candidates by authorized representatives of the client to Staff Management 

            terms agreed with the customer.

·                    Carry out all necessary procedures for this in accordance with the Labor legislation.

·                    Calculate and pay the employees salaries and carry out all necessary tax payments.

·                    Provide the employees with extra benefits and bonuses on the client’s decision.

·                    Provide the employees with business trips payments.

·                    Provide replacements for those ill and on vacation employees.

·                    Compile personal data for new employees.

·                    Carry out all necessary procedures connected with outsourcing in the form convenient for theclient.
