Executive Search
Particularly senior, sensitive or specialist appointments may require to be searched. The search process involves three distinct stages:

§         defining the target

§         researching the field and making the approaches

§         interviewing, selecting and negotiating with the favoured candidate(s)

Advertised Appointments
The majority of middle management appointments are filled from targeted advertising.

 

Candidate Register (database search)
Staff Management invests considerable resources in building and maintaining a computerised database of candidates, some of whom will be registered exclusively with Staff Management. At junior levels, a file search will often be sufficient to fill an appointment. At more senior levels, the file search supplements the response to advertising or search.
